The Australian
Partnership Scholarships (APS) Program
The APS Program is funded by the Government of Australia and
managed by IDP Education. It is an important component of the
ongoing development cooperation between Indonesia and Australia.
After the earthquake and tsunami in Aceh and North Sumatera, the
Australian Government increased its commitment to supporting
development in Indonesia. The APS Program funds Indonesians for
postgraduate study in Australia through a joint
selection process overseen by the Australian and Indonesian
governments and consistent with mutually agreed general policy
objectives.
The APS Program is managed through an established APS Project
Office in Jakarta, to ensure efficient and effective administration
